This was taken in Eldon Square, Newcastle’s largest indoor shopping center. It’s part of the christmas decorations there. These baubles flash up along the strips of led lights, which was why I took a picture of them. It was only after it got home did I realise how good a mirror they were.
And yes I am in the picture.
For about 15 years, we have been decorating our yard at Christmas time. Some of the animated decorations are vintage pieces from the early 1950′s. We hope you enjoy!

Question by xmaslvr: Do you use the same christmas decorations year after year or do you add new ones.?
When you decorate for christmas do you always use the same decorations or do you add other new ones to change it up? I am constantly adding new ones every year. I keep telling myself that “This year I’m going to stop” but I don’t. I think I’m a christmas collector that has issues. I am running out of places to put things and it takes me a lot longer to pack everything away after christmas.
I don’t just buy any decorations, they sort of have to speak to me. I do collect Nativities and I collect egg shaped ornaments with jewels. So its not really just a bunch of junk. Everybody seems to really like looking at my house during the holidays.
